Our Mission
The mission of the E.TED Global Guandan Mind Sports Alliance is to promote, develop, and advance Guandan as a global mind sport, sharing its unique values of intelligence, strategy, competition, teamwork, and friendship with people around the world.
We are committed to building an open and inclusive international platform that supports the development of Guandan at every level. Through international competitions, cultural exchange, education, and cooperation, we seek to expand opportunities for players, clubs, organizers, and institutions to participate in and contribute to the growth of the sport.
We uphold the principles of fairness, integrity, sportsmanship, discipline, and mutual respect, while encouraging strategic thinking, teamwork, and lifelong engagement with the game.
At the same time, we strive to preserve and promote Guandan’s unique cultural heritage while introducing the sport to new generations and communities around the world. By transcending borders and bringing together people from diverse backgrounds, we believe Guandan can contribute to greater understanding, friendship, and cultural exchange.
Together, we are working to establish Guandan as a respected international mind sport and to build a strong, sustainable, and inclusive global community around it.

Message from the Chairman
Dear Guandan Enthusiasts and Presidents of Guandan Clubs Around the World,
Our exploration of Guandan as a mind sport has continued to deepen and evolve over the years. So too has our shared dream and unwavering determination to bring this brain-enhancing and intellectually stimulating sport, born in Jiangsu, China, to people around the world.
I believe that Guandan—with an estimated one billion enthusiasts worldwide and 250 million active players—has the potential to become a defining symbol of a healthy and joyful way of life in the modern world, reaching and influencing people in every corner of the globe. Through Guandan, people of different ages, nationalities, ethnicities, and backgrounds can more easily transcend the barriers of language and geography and come together in friendship and unity.
We also remember and honor our dear friend, the late Mr. He Zhenliang, a native of Jiangsu who served as First Vice President of the International Olympic Committee and President of the Chinese Olympic Committee. During his 35 years of service in the IOC, he secured invaluable resources and honors for China and played an important role in promoting Chinese martial arts as a special event at the Olympic Games. This year, in 2026, Chinese martial arts has finally officially become a competition sport at the Youth Olympic Games. A shared dream has finally become reality.
The Olympic spirit has taken deep root in our hearts and flows through our veins. Let us work together to ensure that Guandan, a mind sport that embodies the Olympic ideals of “Higher, Faster, Stronger – Together,” plays an increasingly important role in countries and communities around the world.
We will always be grateful to, cherish, and remember President He Zhenliang. We will continue to take him as our example and, as an important force in the global development of Guandan as a mind sport, unite our efforts with a shared vision of nurturing healthier minds and happier lives for humanity. Together, let us devote our hearts and strength to bringing the benefits of this intellectually stimulating sport to people across the world.

Singapore Guandan club
Guandan Club (Singapore) was founded in 2024 under the leadership of President Wang Huijun and joined the E.TED Global Guandan Mind Sports Alliance on June 15, 2026.
Founded by EMBA alumni from leading institutions including the National University of Singapore (NUS), CEIBS, CKGSB, Peking University, and Tsinghua University’s PBC School of Finance, the club is dedicated to promoting Guandan culture and fostering international cultural exchange.
Hong Kong Dongfang Guandan Club
In August 2018, during her visit to Hong Kong, Ms. Fu Shanping, with her advice and support, joined forces with Mr. Cheng Dongfang to co-found the Hong Kong Dongfang Guandan Club. Headquartered in Central, Hong Kong, the club organizes a variety of Guandan activities and competitions every week and has successfully hosted events attracting more than 1,000 participants over the years.
Meihodo Grand Diamond CLub
In May 2026, during her visit to Fukuoka, Japan, Ms. Fu Shanping encouraged Mr. Su Qing to promote Guandan locally and internationally. Shortly thereafter, the Meihodo Grand Diamond Club was founded with the mission of promoting Guandan among both local communities and the international community, while fostering cultural exchange, friendship, and connections through the game.
Meihodo Mongolia Grand Diamond Club
In May 2023, during her visit to Greece, Ms. Fu Shanping joined forces with Mr. Xu Weichun, a prominent leader of the local Chinese community, to co-found the Greece International Guandan Club. Headquartered in Athens, the club regularly organizes Guandan activities and competitions under the leadership of President Xu. It has since grown to more than 1,200 members, primarily Chinese nationals and members of the overseas Chinese community.
Malta Guandan Club
In May 2025, during her visit to Europe, Ms. Fu Shanping encouraged Dr. Paul Wang, who resides in Malta, to promote Guandan in the country. Following her encouragement, Dr. Wang initiated efforts to establish a Guandan association, with the aim of strengthening connections among the local Chinese community and actively organizing and promoting Guandan activities.
UK GUANDAN CLUB LIMITED
In March 2018, during her visit to the United Kingdom, Ms. Fu Shanping joined forces with Dr. Li Zehong, a prominent leader of the local Chinese community, to co-found the London International Guandan Club. Headquartered in London, the club organizes a variety of activities each month and has grown to more than 100 members, primarily Chinese entrepreneurs, senior executives, and scholars residing in the United Kingdom.
Austria Guandan Club
In October 2017, during her visit to Austria, Ms. Fu Shanping joined forces with Mr. Li Wengang, a prominent leader of the local Chinese community, to co-found the Austria Guandan Club. Headquartered in Austria, the club regularly organizes Guandan activities and competitions. After years of development, it has grown to more than 200 members, primarily Chinese nationals and members of the overseas Chinese community.
Germany International Guandan Club
In October 2017, during her visit to Germany, Ms. Fu Shanping joined forces with Mr. Ye Zengya, a prominent leader of the local Chinese community, to co-found the Germany International Guandan Club. Headquartered in Frankfurt, the club regularly organizes Guandan activities and competitions under the leadership of President Ye. After years of development, it has grown to more than 300 members, primarily Chinese nationals and members of the overseas Chinese community.
Greece International Guandan Club
In May 2023, during her visit to Greece, Ms. Fu Shanping joined forces with Mr. Xu Weichun, a prominent leader of the local Chinese community, to co-found the Greece International Guandan Club. Headquartered in Athens, the club regularly organizes Guandan activities and competitions under the leadership of President Xu. It has since grown to more than 1,200 members, primarily Chinese nationals and members of the overseas Chinese community.
